Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coin purchases

Coins bought through Google Play are refundable only to the original payment method, only for unspent coins, and within 7 days of purchase, subject to Google's refund rules and our fraud checks. Spent coins are not refundable except as below.

Failed short calls

If a call drops within 10 seconds because of the partner or a network/system failure, coins for that call are refunded to your balance automatically.

How to ask

Use in-app support or email support@omallu.io. Play Store purchases may also be refundable through Google's tools where Google allows.

Expiry

Coins do not expire.

Chargebacks and abuse

If a payment is reversed after coins were spent, we may debit coins, suspend the account, and recover losses as allowed by law.
