OMallu child safety standards
OMallu is run by Brid Network LLP (LLPIN ACY-8529), Kollam, Kerala 691583, India. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Our position
OMallu is not for children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and we act on any report of it before any other.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form: images, video, audio, text or live streams.
- Grooming, sexualised conversation with or about a minor, and any attempt to solicit, meet or traffic a child.
- A child using OMallu, or anyone who reasonably appears to be one. We check date of birth at sign-up.
- Using OMallu to share, request, advertise or link to any of the above.
What we do
- Ban the account permanently and remove access to the platform.
- Preserve the evidence and report it to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, the police and NCPCR, as Indian law (including the POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000) requires.
- Cooperate with law enforcement requests.
- Review child-safety reports ahead of all others.
Report a concern
- In the app: use Report on any call, chat or profile. Reporting a call ends it.
- Child-safety contact: support@omallu.io (Ananthu, Grievance Officer, Brid Network LLP).
- Anyone, anywhere: the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in (helpline 1930), or ChildLine on 1098.
